We produce a vast range of fruit and vegetables following Production Guidelines approved by the European Community for IGP and DOP status and by the Veneto region’s Linee Tecniche di Difesa Integrata scheme, as well as Integrated Production Guidelines established by the regional government for use of the Regione Veneto trademark. In the interests of keeping the production chain short, in most cases the products are harvested and delivered to the consumer by mass retailers, fruit and vegetable markets, hotels and restaurants, farmers’ markets and direct sales, in just twenty-four hours. Our products hold GlobalGAP (Partnership for Good Agricultural Practice) certification, which guarantees international standards of food production safety for consumers, traceability, respect for the environment and safeguarding of workers’ health. Production is also certified by the integrated batch system in food production chains. All fruit and vegetable products are sold in compliance with the regulations of Specific and General Commerce, applied since 1 July 2009 by the European Community (council regulation 1234/2007) and subsequent modifications.
